Steven Weiss is a multimedia composer from Chicago, Illinois, known for his talent in bringing visual narratives to life through music. He is currently pursuing a degree in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music, with a double minor in Musical Theatre Writing and Video Game Scoring. Steven’s versatile approach incorporates influences from orchestral music, musical theatre, pop, and electronic genres.

His work has been featured in numerous short films, film festivals, and various concerts at Berklee. Notable performances include “Night and Day: A Celebration of Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga,” “Curtain Up!” (where he also served as Assistant Music Supervisor), “The Broadway Band,” and several musical theatre and cabaret performances. His original orchestrations have been showcased in the original musical “The Autobiography of Red,” as well as in cabarets such as “Her Name is Barbara” at New York’s Green Room 42 and “Acts of Love” at Broadway’s famous 54 Below.

Outside of music, Steven loves doing the crossword, being immersed in an escape room, and is an avid trivia fan.
